Who are we?
The European Projects Office is the unit belonging to the Vice-Rectorate for Science Policy of the University of Zaragoza that was created with the aim of promoting the participation of its researchers in European and international R&D projects. It was set up at the beginning of 2007 with the following objectives:
- To increase the success rate of proposals presented by researchers from the University of Zaragoza to European R&D Programmes.
- To increase the participation rate of the University of Zaragoza in European projects approved for funding.
- To increase the number of European projects coordinated by University of Zaragoza researchers.
- To improve the rate of return derived from the participation of the University of Zaragoza in European R&D projects.

Mission
To inform, disseminate, promote and advise University of Zaragoza researchers on calls for European and international projects, as well as to carry out the comprehensive management of European and international R&D&I programme projects.
Vision
To position the University of Zaragoza as a benchmark in attracting European and international funds, in order to promote the external projection of the institution in the European and international sphere.
